Altered Relations pt 3

Maya is getting better at sneaking out of the compound, even I didn't know it this time and when the call came in that she found a food cache, all eyes pointed to me, well except Sean's. It's not like I haven't helped her in the past, I mean what are best friends for? As soon as Sean let's everyone know I didn't have anything to do with Maya leaving this time, Richard comes up to me and says "Maelene could you pick up your troublesome friend?"

Bunch of hypocrites. They don't want any of us minors leaving the compound but each time they find something, who do they want to go and get it? Me. I have my Mom's power of teleportation with an added kicker, I can lock onto to people as well as things making it very hard for someone to escape me. I've been toying with the codename Hunter for when I go into the biz, but I'm four years...actually three years and five months, shy of being 18 and I doubt my mom will let me even think about putting on a costume until after I finished college. Whatever. We're stuck here now and my ability doesn't do my any good here in trying to get out. I can't 'feel' our dimension or anyone from it so until our parents come get us, we're stuck.

My mom actually found this place a few years back, she panicked and tried to teleport a flying car out of her way during a training exercise but didn't have a location set in her mind and at the same time Mystech was trying to a magic whammy to send it past her, both powers interacted weirdly and a hole opened up here. They built a device that was able to open this 'tear' in the universe and thought it would be a great place to stow their family members in case of an emergency. Worked well up until now but now we're stranded here. LOL, I used to think it was stupid that they made this place for us to live in for weeks, change of clothes and everything, since we were normally in here for a few hours at a time, now it's almost been six months and I'm so glad my mom made sure that I had clothes in here this time, because they got us all in the middle of the night and it would have been embaressing to be stuck here all this time in a tee and a pair of unflattering panties. Although looking at the way some of these guys are looking at me, I'm sure some of them wouldn't mind. As if?

Maya and the rest have made their last run and it looks like we got enough to eat for about two weeks, time to go back to base.
