Galatian Rebellion Part 1

  "I can't even think of what attempt this is, I know I passed 100 a few months ago and any many would have quit long ago but I am not any man.  I am N'dare of the House Alexander, 2nd son.  Years ago that would have meant I would have been called Lord N'dare, 2nd in line to the throne of Galatia...like I said, years ago.

  Galatia was a different place a millennia ago, a war like planet bent on conquering everything, then we conquered multi dimensional travel and began a crusade of crushing alternate planes of reality and stripping them of their natural resources.  Then we happened upon Asyria, an alternate world that would not fall easy.  The war between the two lasted centuries until finally a weapon of destruction caused both worlds to be ripped from their natural planes of reality and cast into another one.  Three planets in the same orbit, the shift was with great consequence and much of the science that had existed prior to was lost. 
  Centuries after what is now called the Rift War, Galatia and Asyria had changed.  Asyria was now the aggressor and had conquered Galatia.  My great, great grandfather Piot Alexander began a rebellion with his friends, barely in their teens they fought and won small battles and sparked a greater revolution.  His son Piot II along with his friends would gain elemental abilities, Piot II was known as Kid Dynamo and when he fought Asyria's King and Champion, he was dubbed Lord Dynamo. 
   Champion would later stage a smaller rebellion and briefly held control of both worlds.  Killing Lord Dynamo's friends and holding his wife captive, Lord Dynamo would be helped by the last survivors of the third world and gained quantum powers and regained his throne.  Since that time Piot Alexander and his house would serve as the royal family, his closest friends would be given titles of Lords and Ladies not to rule Galatia but to serve as symbols.
    King Dynamo's son would gain similar abilities but as the generations went on, the power lessened.  My father had a fraction of the abilities of King Dynamo and my older brother Piot had even less and that would prove to be our undoing because Champion had somehow come back.
    Champion and the New Asyrian forces along with other multi dimensional partners attacked Galatia on my 14th birthday.  I watched in horror as he killed my father and brother with ease and as his honor guard took their liberties with my mother and sister before killing them.  Worse still...he kept the younger children alive.  I watched in horror as they took my girlfriend away, I was sure my life would end there, instead the opposite occurred.
    Champion took me under his wing publicly and I became the face of Galatian's fealty to Asyria.   I would only see my girlfriend Lyn a few years later...
     Although I was Champion's pet and given luxury upon luxury I still wanted him dead and on my 23rd birthday, with the help of some others still loyal to my house, we attempted to give me the power King Dynamo had...it cost me the lives of my friends and my arm.  I have been a hunted man ever since.  Hated by even my own people as Champion showed vids of me growing up under his tutelage.  Now at 28, I want nothing more than to die, but the folly that caused me to lose my arm delivered new abilities to me and before  I die, I will see Lyn freed.  I have a shuttle that can take her to the third planet where she can be among those who live on that ruined world, it will be a hard life, but she will be free.  
    As I sneak in the tower I check the computer systems and it appears I have purchased good intel, Lyn is here and in the next hour she will be free and on her way to the third world, then I will pay my final 'respect' to the Champion. 
    My name is N'Dare Alexander, 2nd son and this will be my last will and testament.  I  do not ask for forgiveness nor understanding, I am not worthy of it, or of my name.  I have shamed the Galatian people, my house and the memory of Dynamo legacy, and if I am successful in my bid to take out the Champion, I will have at least done one thing right in my life."

  With that N'dare stops the recording and draws his weapon from his sky cycle.  He takes one last look at the night sky before he enters the tower....
