Miki Hoshi pt 2

Miki was born long ago one of many daughters of a powerful king. Yet the king was too trusting and he was betrayed and killed by his Generals, each daughter was married off to one and Miki, known as Mihoshi then, was married to the cruelest of them. Night upon night he would visit her chambers and subject her to the cruelest and perverse desires he could imagine. Mihoshi in despair pentioned the gods for help and it was Goat headed Sabaat who answered her.

Sabaat bestowed upon her the strength of many and the ability to recover any wound in the light of the sun all this he gave to her if she would become immortal and be his wife. She agreed and had her revenge but in time her eye wandered to Sabaat's younger brother the deim-god, Drac. Sabaat would sleep heavily at night and Mihoshi would visit Drac's chambers to return to her husband's bedside by morning, but one evening Sabaat could not rest and watched as his wife left his chambers and followed her to Drac's.

"Mihoshi" he bellowed as he walked into Drac's hall. "Is this how you honor your promise to me!"

Mihoshi was a smart girl and quickly came up with a story "My husband it is not what it appears. I have been told by the maiden's that Drac's fruit has wonderous powers and if I sampled it, my chest would grow." Sabatt listened intently "I know how you look upon those women with ample bosom and only wish you would look at me the same."

Sabaat studied his wife and then spoke "So that is why I have caught you in this manner?"

"Yes my husband."

"Drac?"

Drac looked at Mihoshi and then Sabaat "Yes my lord, this is why she came to me. I have been told these things as well but never have I witnessed it, but for my brother I let her do as she would."

"Yet she seemed to enjoy it beyond reason of merely hoping to appeal to her husband."

"It is the taste my lord" Mihoshi quickly jumped in "Of wine and honey and having the effects of such." her eyes grew narrow and bold "If you were to kiss my lips now you would taste and know I speak the truth."

She knew Sabaat would not take her up on this challenge and she came to him smiling ready to kiss him.

"I think not my wife" he said "Do you think that I am such a fool? It was Drac's wife who spied the two of you days ago that told me to stay awake and watch where my wife would go. You have dishonored our agreement and I take my gifts from you..."

"You cannot" said Mihoshi " For I did not dishonor our agreement, I have been your wife and our agreement had nothing to do with me being faithful."

Sabaat looked at the two and he knew she was right but then a thought came to him and he smiled. "You are right my wife and I will not take what I have gave you, I will only add to it. There will be a time when the gifts of the gods will fade away and even we shall die. I in exchange for my life now grant you both the ability to live long after we have all gone, yet you Drac who have stolen what is mine in the night will no longer be able to see the sun, you have taken my heart as if you surely had sucked the blood from my body and that is how you will live when the gifts of the old fade and only mine remain, to not feed will cause you pain and insanity and the only way to stop it will be to feast on the blood of humans. " he paused and looked at his wife "And you my dear wife, since you fancy the taste of man so much you dare to share it with me, as your lovers food source will be blood so shall yours be that which only comes from man and if you do not feed your beauty will fade."

And with that Sabaat looked up and died.

And thus Mihoshi and Drac, banished and seperated on oppossite sides of the worlds by the other gods who learned of their treachery, were doomed to eternal life with such a heavy price.
