The Sisterhood part 4

  It was supposed to be simple.  Aria was visiting New Babylon for her 'granddaughter' s birthday.  I say it like that because Hitomi Mora is more like a great aunt to Aria than granddaughter.  She is the last living daughter of Xien, Aria's great grandmother.  You after the loss, Xien regained her full human self  but lost the feelings attached to her memories  completely and was called Mia.  Mia was captured trying to protect me.



  Or that's what I'd like to think.  She didn't die until years later, she was captured and given to Aria as tribute.  Xien was there when Aria was impregnated and even if she was under a spell, Aria blamed all her misfortunes on Xien.  So Mia was taken and humiliated daily.  Each time she was impregnated the child either died in the womb from all the physical abuse or Mia killed the screaming infant right in front of her grandmother's eyes.  When Mia/Xien gave birth to Hitomi 20 years ago, the strain caused her to die and Aria sent the child to New Babylon to be raised as her last connection to humanity.

  Decandance and sex is how they celebrated Hitomi's birthday since she was eight and this year was to be no different, but at the last minute Aria was called away to attend other matters, robbing me at my chance to kill her.  Instead I shifted my target to Pharaoh the Captain of her dark guard and Hitomi.  It was fairly easy to blow a few guards so I could get into the inner chamber, but the dark skinned girl....she reminded me of another time and when Aria called her 'Yolanda' I knew it was the same young girl that had been ripped from my arms earlier when I was the Sisterhood's den mother.

   I had planted weapons outside the window earlier and no one suspected a thing when I walked in the room nude.  In fact Hitomi smiled and said 'the more the merrier'.  I looked between Pharaoh's legs and knew I could not let Yolanda stay a moment longer.  I jumped to my weapons cache and started firing.  The werewolf went down but only after cutting Yolanda's arm.  Pharaoh immediatly covered Hitomi and my rounds found targets in the other human male.  I took Yolanda by the waist and jumped towards the window.  My safety line in place, I managed to get her and myself to my sky bike and make our escape.  Pharaoh looked from the window at me intently, I knew I would never get that close to him or Aria for that matter without being noticed again.

   When Yolanda woke up we were half way to my home when she asked "Who are you?"

  "I'm Jesse" I said softly "I used to take care of you when you were with the Sisterhood."

  "No" Yolanda said "Jesse was a bigger woman and she'd be old by ....."

 She stopped mid sentence when I looked her in her eyes....she knew and then she just became quiet.

 When we arrived at my home, four hours later, she just started walking the other way.

  "Yolanda" I called out "What are you doing?"  I said as I touched the back of her shoulder.

 She flinched and then caught me with a fist "Going back bitch" she said "Or didn't you fucking realize,  this is the second fucking time you fucked up my life?"
