The Titan Project : Power Woman

Present:
Amanda Waller sits before a board of shadowed members and points to the screen

Man in Shadow Number 1: No "S"?
Amanda : No, she was against it but Kara Zor El...our Power Woman will provide the necessary muscle that the Titan Project needs.

Woman in Shadow Number 1: Titans? So we're going with that name? Why not the Justice League?

Man in Shadow Number 2: Because the Bat disagreed didn't he?

Amanda: Yes and since the Justice League were likened to as the Olympians...this project was actually started before them it just never came to fruition, hence : The Titans.

Man in Shadow Number 3: Power Woman?

Amanda : We picked the name and since no one's seen Supergirl since the incident it gives her an element of...something different.

Last Year: Batman is waiting on a rooftop in Gotham, Supergirl flies in to meet him.

Supergirl: Ok, from the other heartbeat I know why you wanted me here in uniform.

Batman: Yes, can't hide anything from you but listen to her Kara.

Amanda Waller steps out.

Amanda: We need you Supergirl, your country needs you.

Supergirl: For what muscle? No, I'm through with that part of my life and after...

Batman: No Kara, they need your leadership.

Supergirl: huh?

Batman: The past two years you've been working as Oracle here in Gotham...you've done...wonderful.

Supergirl: But that's from behind the scenes...

Batman: Yes but your tactical analysis has been invaluable to all of us but it's time for you to get out there again your cousin....

Supergirl: My cousin?! I failed my cousin! You weren't there you don't know...

Amanda: No we don't but the world needs this and you're the best qualified...

Supergirl: No I'm not he is

Batman: And you know why I can't...but you.

Supergirl: I won't wear this, I won't wear the "S" and tarnish his name.

Amanda: Is that a yes?

Supergirl looks at Batman and comes close to him kissing him as she backs away she whispers in his ear "You owe me for this Dick."

Batman smiles : "I know"

Supergirl : Well where do we start Miss Waller?

Amanda: Baby steps, but first you need training.

Supergirl: Training?

Batman: The world thinks Supergirl is dead with the rest of League...well except Batman and Amanda is going to help you use your powers differently...and then there's the rest of the team.

Supergirl: And if no one thinks I'm Supergirl...no kryptonite surprises....smart. Ok Miss Waller let's go.

A helicopter comes up and Amanda steps in.

Supergirl (looking at Batman): I'd say don't wait up for me but you'd have to sleep at night for that. Tomorrow...you and me...we talk.

Amanda : We could really use your talents Batma....he's gone?

Supergirl: Yeah you never get used to that but if I know Batman like I know him, you won't have to worry about losing his talent set.
