Rough Plots
Subplot : 1950 Egypt. On-the-run Nazi doctor Nathan Essex greet Edward Sabah an Egyptian-Canadian. Prof. Sabah discus' weapon X and mutant zero and what happened after and Essex shows how he recreated the lab, perfectly. They work for long hours and as time passes they show the pair excited. Prof. Sabah submerges himself in a tank much like Weapon X but with some modifications, then bombs go off above. Occupying British soldiers are destroying the German camp above the site not realizing what is above. There is a cave in and Essex falls into the tank.
Main Plot Number 1: Aboard the SHEILD carrier Bishop and the rest of X Factor are being briefed on their targets. Madalyn Pryor who is in truth Jean Grey, Mariane Holmes also known as Rogue and Robert Steel who is formerly known as Robert Drake ( Iceman ). SHEILD labels the trio mutant terrorist and stresses that they need to be taken alive. Sunfire, Wolfbane and Aurora are anxious to get back at Rogue.
Main Plot Number 2: The Shadow King in his harem is confronted by a mutant team. Cargill ( Frenzy ), Tower, Stinger, Timeshadow and Ultimate Deadpool; the Aliance of Evil tell the Shadow King that they will need a place to keep their prisoners. They inform him that two are his to play with but their master wants the one and tells him that having one will bring Storm. The Shadow King ask how and Deadpool pulls up a hologram of Cable, he makes some modifications to (not shown...got keep up the mystery) and ask the Shadow King if her recognizes the face. The Shadow King smiles.
Subplot 3: Cable, Collosus, Storm and Wildchild start going over files of who can be possible members, Tandy Bowen is discussed as well as Tyrone Jessup, Sunfire is brought up as well as Aurora and Wolfsbane but Storm tells Cable how they are 'cozy' with SHEILD.
Cable tells them how he believes SHEILD's mutant team may just be a cover for Weapon X, then out of nowhere he screams "Jean!"
Mainplot 1B and 2B : X-Factor zeroes in on Madalyne Pryor, she's working as a waitress and just as Bishop tells the team to move out, the wall behind Miss Pryor explodes, it's the Alliance of Evil!
